  1. Dissolve two cups of sugar in minimum water. I do not use any food colour. If you want you can add at this stage
  2. Add besan to the sugar solution and mix
  3. Meanwhile heat the ghee
  4. Keep on pouring the hot ghee to besan sugar mix one ladle at a time. By the time the entire ghee is over th mixture starts ozone out the ghee. Add cardamum powder at the end
  5. Pour on a tray and cut peices when still hot.
