- Take 1 cup besan
- Get 2 cup sugar

- Add besan to the sugar solution and mix
- Meanwhile heat the ghee
- Keep on pouring the hot ghee to besan sugar mix one ladle at a time. By the time the entire ghee is over th mixture starts ozone out the ghee. Add cardamum powder at the end
- Pour on a tray and cut peices when still hot.
