The ingredients needed to make Atta Sauce:
  1. Get 1/2 cup Veg oil
  2. Get 2 medium size Smoked Mackerel aka Titus
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup crayfish
  4. Take 1/2 cup dry prawns
  5. Get 4 hard boiled Eggs
  6. Prepare 1 large onion chopped
  7. Make ready 7 fresh tomatoes diced
  8. Prepare 2 tatashe diced
  9. Get 7 fresh habanero pepper diced
  10. Prepare 2 stock cubes
  11. Prepare to taste Salt
  12. Get 1/2 bunch scent leaf
Steps to make Atta Sauce:
  1. Debone smoked fish and set every ingredients aside
  2. Heat up oil and once it’s hot, add smoked fish and fry till it’s golden brown
  3. Add crayfish and dry prawns and stir continuously for 2 mins; add boiled eggs and stir for another 2 minutes
  4. Add diced onion and the tomatoes, pepper and tatashe mix, do not stir, just cover the pot and allow it cook for about 5 minutes
  5. Stir and then add salt and stock cube. Finally add scent leaf and then remove from heat all most immediately; allow the steam cook the scent leaf down.
  6. Serve with white rice or any food of your choice
