  4. Spread evenly the batter and put ghee on side of dosa.
  5. Cook from both side till it crisps.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.

Though you can also have it as a side dish with chapatis or parathas. I like to serve it with rava idli or rava. rava dosa where they stuff masala inside the dosa.
