  2. Get 2 cups ghee

Steps to make Mysore Pak:
  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan, heat the ghee. Let it boil. Now keep it in simmer.
  2. Seive the Besan flour
  3. Take another heavy bottomed pan. Add the sugar and 1/2 cup of water and heat it. Boil till the sugar syrup reached one string consistency.
  4. Now add the besan little by little to the sugar syrup and continuously stir, so that no lumps are formed.
  5. After mixing all the besan, take a ladle of ghee and add to the besan-sugar mixture continuously stirring. The besan will absorb the ghee fully. Add the ghee again and do this process of adding ghee in portions till all the ghee is absorbed by the besan.
  6. In a stage the ghee will ooze out. Now immediately remove the pan from the stove and pour the mixture to a greased plate and set it.
  7. After 5 mins cut to desired shape and let it cool for 30 mins. Yummy Mysore Pak is ready.
