- Keep the low flame. Keep adding the ghee in batter.
- Add gram flour batter in syrup and stir constantly with the help of spoon and little amount of hot ghee in pan.Roast and stir constantly.
- Gram flour will start appearing puffy and colour will change too.
- When batter gets puffs that means mysore pak is ready
- Grease the plate to be used for setting the mysore pak.Spread some dry fruit on it
- Keep the plate into fridge for 5 to 10 minutes for set it.
