  1. In a pan add besan and roast it nicely without ghee (around 5-8 mins).
  2. Give a nice filter to besan with the help of strainer so that no lumps will be there.
  3. Then in besan add one cup of melted ghee stir it nicely and switch off the flame
  4. Take one pan add sugar with two spoons of water so that sugar will get melt nicely and stir whenever we will not get single wire sauce.
  5. In last will add this sugar syrup to besan and ghee pan stir whenever it will not come in thick form.(around half an hour to one hour)
  6. Then will transfer to greased pan and keep it separately 2-3 hours later will cut it in shape
