  3. Take a another pan,boil the sugar with water till it reaches a one string consistency add cardamom powder and fried gram flour in it and stir well till it thickens.
  4. Then heat the remaining clarified butter and gently the gram flour mixture.When the clarified butter starts to rise up from the sides and begins to separate,add the cooking soda stir and pour in to a greased tray.Gently spread the mixture and allow into cool.
  5. Before it hardens fully,slices into desired shape.
  6. Then store in a airtight container.
