The ingredients needed to make Til Gud ke ladoo:
  1. Get 150 gms Black Sesame
  2. Prepare 75 gms jaggery fine pieces or powder
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
Instructions to make Til Gud ke ladoo:
  1. Firstly in a pan dry roast sesame seeds.Roast untill starts crackling and turns crunchy. Now grind the seeds coarsly and not finely. Take them out in a plate.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of jaggery powder in a mixer grinder and grind for a few seconds.
  3. Put1/2 tbsp of ghee and half of the grinded sesame seeds. Again grind for few seconds to give a proper mix. Store in a air tight container.
  4. Take this mixture in a tray, take small portions in hand to make ladoo.
  5. Note: we can also add 2tbsp of roasted crushed peanuts and 2tbsp of chopped cashews.This will also enhance the nutrient value of ladoos.
