- Grate capsicum and cabbage in a chopper. Finely chop ginger and garlic. In a pan boil the noodles by adding a little cabbage and capsicum. Add salt and noodles masala.
- In another pan heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add ginger garlic and finely chopped cabbage and capsicum. Add salt and black pepper according to your taste. Take it out in a bowl. Keep the mixture aside to cool.
- Take the flour in a pot put 2tbsp of oil and salt. Need it softly. Keep for 10 mins.
- Make small round chapatis and add the mixture of cabbage and capsicum in one and noodles in another. Give it the shape you like.
- Heat the idli pan by adding water. Grease the idli container with little oil and put the momos in it.
- Put these containers in idli pan and steam for about 10 mins. Remove it and enjoy with sauce and schezwan chutney.
Momos are quite famous more in North/North-East compare to South India and mostly wrongly presumed as Indo-Chinese food where it's actually native from Tibet and Nepal.
