- At first boil the Potatoes adding salt
- Peel off the Potatoes
- Heat a pan add oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder
- Remove the Potatoes and temper the dry red chilli, cumin seed and bay leaf
- Add ginger paste saute for a minute or two
- Add the puree, salt and turmeric powder.mix well.
- Add the boiled potatoes and green peas,mix well
- Finally add water and cover till everything get combined well
- Remove from heat and garnish it with kasuri methi
- Pure veg dum aloo is ready to be served
