- In a vessel take oil, add jeera as it splutters add onions and fry till light pink
- Now add potatoes and saute for 5-6 mins. Add all the veggies and mix well and cook for more 5-6 mins
- Now add salt, garam masala, pepper powder, soup cubes and mix well.
- Add the washed rice and saute for 2-3 mins, then add water and let it boil
- As the water becomes a bit less add ghee, cover and cook on medium heat
- Your white pulav is ready!!!
