  1. Prepare 100 g besan
  2. Prepare 100 gm tamarind
  3. Prepare 250 gm chopped potatoes

  6. Make ready 250 gm cluster beans (gawar) washed and cleaned

  9. Take 1 tsp methi seeds
  10. Make ready 2 tsp mustard
  11. Get 2 tsp Cumin seed
  12. Make ready 1 tsp hing
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  14. Make ready 250 gm oil
  15. Get 3-4 litres
Steps to make Sindhi Kadhi:
  1. Heat a big pot. Add oil, methi seeds, mustard, jira, hing, green chillies, curry leaves. Let dem splutter
  2. Add the besan and keep stirring on slow gas til it's golden brown
  3. Add salt and dry spices and 2 litres water and chole or chana and mix well and check dat there r no lumps. Now add potatoes and gawar and let it boil.
  4. Now slow the gas and cover the pot. Keep the cover slightly open so dat the curry should not over flow
  5. Heat 1 litre water in another pot and add tamarind into it and keep aside to cool it
  6. After 15-20 min open the curry and add cauliflower and mix well and cover it again
  7. After 15-20 min add the lady fingers and strained tamarind water. Add extra tamarind water if u like
  8. Let it boil on fast gas and dein cover and simmer it until done
