- Heat mustard oil in another pan. Add cloves and asafoetida. Add ginger-garlic paste. Now add water and salt. Bring it to boil.
- Now add curd mixture, and bring it to boil. Add fried potatoes, and cook till potatoes absorb the gravy. Garnish it with cumin powder, gram masala and kasoori methi.
