  2. Take 1 1/2 stick butter

  1. Melt 1/2 stick butter. In a small blender mix melted butter and basil.
  2. Add 1 stick of warm room temperature butter and blend until well incorporated. Pour in a ziplock bag and place in freezer for 20 min.
  3. Lay out two sheets of plastic wrap on counter. Remove butter from freezer and take out of bag. Roll up butter in plastic wrap to form a smooth log. Tie both ends. Add to veggies and meats.
