  15. Get 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  16. Get to taste Salt

Our dum aloo recipe is also called Punjabi dum aloo. Chilli-coated potatoes in dum aloo curry are cooked with cream, tomatoes and a flavourful paste of whole spices and onions.   1. Boiled potato for 2 whistle, remove cover.
  2. Now give tadka with seeds, chilies, Asafetida and bay leaf in oil on medium flame
  3. Grind all together onion ginger garlic and almonds, add this paste
  4. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and cook till it’s brown
  5. Now add peanut powder along with Garam Masala, half glass of water and cover it till start boiling and add potatoes.
  6. Cook for 2-3 mins add coriander and serve in plate with rice or chapati
