  8. Mix 4 tbsp of sugar-free ketchup and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar in a separate bowl.
  9. Cook loaves until internal temp of 145. Remove meatloaf and top with half the ketchup mixture.
  10. Return to oven and cook until internal temp of 160.
  11. Top with desired amount of ketchup.

You can use lower-fat ground beef, but it will be dryer. But always cook to the final internal temperature never by time alone since there are variables.
