- Firstly cook rice and allow it to cool down.
- Wash all the vegetables and in a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, asafoetida add these vegetables, salt and cook it on a low flame untill it gets cooked.
- Now add two spoons of palyada pudi and saute it.
- Now add the cooked rice and mix it and if required add salt. Kalsanna is ready to serve. You can serve this with raita or papads.
