Let them crackle.Then add onion paste, garlic and ginger in it.Stir fry till it turns golden brown add salt,mango powder.Add tomato paste in it stir it on a very slow flame when the masala starts leaving oil.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,stir it very well till the masala changes it's colour.Now add fried potatoes in the same stir it very slowly so that the potatoes should not break down.When the masala start sticking to the potatoes prick the potatoes with a fork, so that the masala should be inserted properly in the potatoes.lastly garnish it with cream.
