- Baby Potato
- Boil Baby potato
- Pierce than with fork
- Add in pan Star anise, big Cardamom, cloves, Cinnamon, bay leaf, Black pepper, dry kashmiri Red chilli, coriander, saunf, jeera, shahi jeera….all ingredients Roast in 3 minutes on low flame
- Let than cool and than grind in to fine powder
- In a pan add oil. Fry potato till they get golden brown
- Add fresh curd
- Add dry masala which we made
- Mix well
- Now add water
- Now add oil in pen & add ginger & Garlic paste(fry for 1 min)
- Then add Hing, Haldi powder & red chilli powders
- Add litter water
- Now add curd mixture
- Mix properly and fry for 5 minutes
- Add potato and water. Cover and cook 5 minutes
- Garnish with Coriander
