Instructions to make Dal Rice Fritters:
  1. Take pan and heat oil
  2. Add ginger, garlic and chilli paste
  3. Now add onion and saute it till become transparent
  4. Now add tometos and saute it for 1 minutes
  5. Now add toor dal and cook it for 3 minutes
  6. Now add rice and all spices.
  7. Mix well and cook it for 3 minutes
  8. Take mixture in bowl and refrigerate it for 40 minutes
  9. Now prepare stuffing
  10. Heat oil in kadai and saute ginger and garlic paste
  11. Now add onion and saute it
  12. Now add tometos and capsicum.
  13. Add all spices and cook it for 3 minutes
  14. Prepare batter from gram flour
  15. Now take out dal rice mixture and make tikki from it
  16. Fill stuff of paneer mixture and make balls
  17. Deep balls in gram flour batter and deep fry it in hot oil till become golden brown.
  18. Dal Rice fritters are ready to serve. Serve it with green chatani or tomato ketchup
