Instructions to make Dal Rice Fritters:
- Take pan and heat oil
- Add ginger, garlic and chilli paste
- Now add onion and saute it till become transparent
- Now add tometos and saute it for 1 minutes
- Now add toor dal and cook it for 3 minutes
- Now add rice and all spices.
- Mix well and cook it for 3 minutes
- Take mixture in bowl and refrigerate it for 40 minutes
- Now prepare stuffing
- Heat oil in kadai and saute ginger and garlic paste
- Now add onion and saute it
- Now add tometos and capsicum.
- Add all spices and cook it for 3 minutes
- Prepare batter from gram flour
- Now take out dal rice mixture and make tikki from it
- Fill stuff of paneer mixture and make balls
- Deep balls in gram flour batter and deep fry it in hot oil till become golden brown.
- Dal Rice fritters are ready to serve. Serve it with green chatani or tomato ketchup
