- Pick the Soya Chaap cut into small pieces
- Now take a bowl add curd, garam Masala, chat masala, red chilli powder, Kashmiri Lal mirch, black pepper powder kasuri methi, amchur powder, coriander powder, turmericz salt, ghee or oil and fresh cream make all the ingredients very well and make a paste.
- Now make a thick paste. And add soya chaap pieces and coat well.
- Cover the mixture and leave it for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes.
- Take a pan or grill pan and grease with oil and roaste the soya chaap.
- After that take a stick put the soya chaap into stick Android tandoor the soya chaap directly on the gas.
- And then take off soya chaap into a bowl add slicly cut onion, chaat masala, red chilli powder, melted butter and cream mix all together.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
