- Now add this custard mixture to the milk pan and stir continuously, cook for 2-3 mins.while stir continuously.now add sugar and stir till sugar dissolved completely.after a min switch off the flame and let the mixture cool completely.
- Now add mango puri to the custard mixture and blend it to get smooth and creamy mixture.now add cardamom powder and blend again to mix well.
- Now add chopped mangoes to the custard mixture, mix well and keep it in refrigerator to chill.Delicious creamy mango custard is ready, garnish with some nuts flakes and serve cool.
