- Take 6 cup Water

- Place corn beef brisket into slow cooker fat side up and add about 6 cups of water till it's covered.
- Add in vegetables, potatoes, thyme sprigs, and pickling spice. ( I cooked this on high for 6 hours. Can also cook on low for 8 hours )
- About 20 minutes before serving take a large pot with water at a medium boil add your cabbage, after about 20 minutes cabbage will be fully boiled.
- Take the meat out of the slow cooker and cut. Using a draining spoon take out the rest of the vegetables and potatoes, same for the cabbage and serve!
