The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Make ready 1 cup rice
  2. Make ready 1 cup water
  3. Take Peanut oil
  4. Get 1 carrot
  5. Take 1/2 red pepper
  6. Make ready 1/2 broccoli
  7. Take 1/2 cup frozen peas
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup frozen corn

Remove egg, and transfer to a separate plate. Fried Rice is a combination of long grained rice, mixture of warm peas, carrots and onions with scrambled eggs mixed all together! You will not be getting take out any longer! Have fried rice as an entree or a side dish when serving it!

Instructions to make Fried rice:
  1. Measure rice and rinse with water
  2. Chop veggies into one centimetre pieces.
  3. Microwave frozen carrots and peas for one minute
  4. Drain rice. Add water.
  5. Cook rice with a few drops of peanut oil on medium high heat until water is almost absorbed.
  6. Add veggies and salt. Stir.
  7. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
