- For the cherry sauce: clean fhe cherries, take out the bone and the and blend them. Add a bit of the syrup previously made. Quantity varies depending on hiw liquid yiu want yiur sauce.
- Keep in fridge.
For the dumplings: combine milk with slit vanilla pod, bring to a boil. Add butter, sugar and salt and mix well. Gradually add semolina and bring to a boil, stirring. Shape this mixture into individual balls. Melt fat in a skillet at medium heat.
