- Take a bowl add besan, rice batrer, rava and mix well, add water as needed.keep it 30 minute fir rest.
- Now heat nonstice tava, apply oil, sprwad batrer with laddle and spread it round with a steel bowl.
- Make thin dosa, apply 2..3 spoon potato stuffing and spread it now fold it, make crispy and serve it with sambhar and chutney.
Add some coriander and green chillies for pep, a few flours for binding, and there you have a quick-fix batter to make tasty Rice and Besan Pancakes. Mix everything given in the list except oil in a mixing bowl. Add enough water so that it forms into dosa batter consistency. Pour a ladleful of batter over that and make a slightly thin dosa. Interesting besan ka cheela,would love with some spicy chutney.
