  1. Use only a cup of boiling water to set the jellos. Do not follow the package instructions here. It is because we need firm jellos for this dessert.
  2. Pour them in individual bowls and set. After it cools down and comes to the room temperature, refrigerate it until more firm.
  3. Meanwhile in about quarter cup of water, add the agar agar strands. Bring it to a boil and then simmer until it dissolves completely.
  4. In another pan, combine the milk, cream and the condensed milk. Heat that on a low flame for 5 minutes and add agar agar to it. Mix well and allow it to cool down.
  5. Alternatively, remove the jellos that has been set and cut them into small cubes.
  6. Add the milk mix to these cubes and mix until well combined. See to it that the milk has cooled down completely.
  7. Now it's time to keep that in the refrigerator to set overnight or for atleast 6-8 hours depending on the temperature at your place.
  8. For me it took almost 7 1/2 hours to set. Serve it chilled. Enjoy !!!!! Use it within 36 hours since it has both cream and jello. Enjoy the festive season with this amazing dessert to double the fun.
