  2. Take 2 tb sp flaxseed

  7. Make ready 1 tb sp magaj
  8. Get 4 Green cardamoms

Steps to make Flaxseed Halwa:
  1. Dry roast flaxseed in a wok and remove it in a plate.
  2. Now heat pure ghee in a wok. Add semolina and roast it on low flame till it turn pinkish golden brown or a roasted fragrance starts coming.
  3. In between add water and sugar in a pan and boil till sugar dissolves completely. Add slightly crushed green cardamoms also.
  4. Add almonds, dry cherries dessicated coconut, magaj in semolina mixture and add water slowly stirring the mixture to avoid formation of lumps.(keep some almonds for garnishing) Stir continuously on low flame till it becomes thick. Then switch off the flame.
  5. Serve hot with milk.
