- chop spinach garlic onion and mix together along with the mayonnaise
- pour mixture into a baking pan and put into oven for 30 mins
- while dip is in oven cut pita into triangles & place on cookie sheet
- brush pita triangles with olive oil sprinkle with salt and Italian season
- place pita into oven for 15 mins or until toasted
