Steps to make White Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls:
- If your peanut butter is thick enough to roll with your hands, then great. If not, then let it sit for about an hour, and then add flour for a dough-ish like texture.
- Roll PB into about 10 or 12 balls, then stick with toothpicks and put in freezer for about an hour.
- Melt chocolate in a bowl in hot water. When I make this, my chocolate tends to get thick and chunky so if that happens, put either some cream, milk, or water in it.
- Once chocolate is melted, and PB frozen, dip the PB into the chocolate and put on a plate.
- Put back in the freezer for about another hour and a half.
