- In a bowl, add corn flour and water. Mix well.
- In a pan, add sugar and water. Stir well. Let it boil. Add corn flour mixture.Keep stirring on medium flame.
- Add lemon juice. After 5 minutes the mixture will thicken. Add 2 tbsp ghee. Keep stirring for 10 more minutes. Again add 2 tbsp ghee. After 20 minutes the mixture will change it's texture, add 2 tbsp ghee. After 30 minutes the mixtures will be glossy.
- Add orange food colour. Mix well. Add cashewnuts. Transfer the mixture in a mould and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Demould and cut into pieces.
- Serve.
