- Then in a large flat plate, grease some homemade ghee. Add the cooked & thickened pulp and spread using a spatula.
- Let this dry under a fan for 1-2 days.
- When it dries up to easily removable & rollable point, cut the edges to form square. Then cut into strips & roll. Garnish with pistachio flakes & serve.
