  14. Make ready as needed Hot Korean Chili Oil
  15. Take Spring Rolls [side dish]
  16. Get Chilled Korean Kimchi [side dish]
  17. Get as needed Soy Sauce [side]
  18. Make ready as needed Sweet Chili Sauce [side]
  19. Prepare as needed Siricha Sauce
  20. Take as needed Oyster Sauce
Instructions to make Mike's Korean Noodles [JAJANGMYEON]:
  1. Sauté your pork, potatoes, onions and mushrooms in oil until cooked. Add bean sauce + water and simmer for 5 minutes longer. Stir regularly.
  2. Fully cooked bean paste sauce with pork and raw Korean Noodles pictured.
  3. In the meantime, bake your Korean Spring Rolls as per manufacturers directions. Usually 7 to 10 minutes. Or, until crispy. Turn rolls once. Feel free to also serve with my chilled DIM SUM Garlic Ginger or Sweet Chili Soy Sauce.
  4. Boil noodles as per manufacturers directions. Usually about 3 minutes or less.
  5. Drain noodles. Do not rinse. Add hot chili oil to noodles and mix immediately. Add noodles to individual bowls.
  6. Serve with hot bean sauce, sliced boiled eggs, chilled Korean Kimchi, crispy Korean Spring Rolls, chilled Sweet Chili Dip, additional sauces, light Soy Sauce and ice cold Asian Beer.
