- Add sugar, mawa and sev.
- Add elachi powder ; rose essence, yellow mithai colour and boil till the mixture becomes thick.

- When it is done, add ghee.
- Grease a steel thali with little ghee.
- Pour the mithai in the thali.
- Flatten it with the back of a steel katori.
- Allow it to cool.
- Garnish it with sliced pistas and badams.
- Cut it into desired shapes.
