Tandoori Chicken Momos Recipe is a chatpata masaledar momo recipe. A fusion Indo-Chinese recipe, where shredded chicken tikka is filled in thin sheets of the momo skin, pleated and steamed.   7. Fry momos in some oil to give crunchy flavour till then they turn brown.
  8. For Marination, add curd and gram flour(Besan) in a bowl and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and red food colour(optional). Add half lemon, vegetable oil and mix well.
  9. Now, add momos and onions to the marinated paste and quote it well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  10. After, to give a tandoori flavour put cilia in a bowl and keep it in the center of the marinated momos bowl and add some butter to it. Let it sit for few minutes.
  11. Use a wooden stick to hold momos and some marinated onion to grill them. On a gas strove, grill them on medium flame with proper totation.
  12. In pan put some butter and add Marinated paste and add fresh cream at medium flame.
  13. Add momos to them sparkle some chaat masala and your tandoori momos are ready to serve.
