This is a very tasty crustless quiche. You can substitute the filling for different ones you may like better, but these are my favorite. By the way, this is Atkins® induction-friendly. Quiche is a French dish typically comprised of a pastry shell (not unlike a pie crust) filled with a savory egg custard and any number of ingredients like You can also add spices, chopped herbs, and already cooked veggies to your quiche, making it one of our favorite meals for clearing out leftover food and.

Steps to make Quiche (w/out crust):
  1. Bake Bacon at 350 for about 10min. Flip over and cook for an additional 5min. Checking periodically, cook until crispy.. Make sure not to burn. Chop into small pieces.
  2. Beat 5 eggs.
  3. Mix Cheese and flour in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix Eggs, Half & Half, Salt, Pepper, 1 1/2 cups of Floured Cheese and Bacon in a bowl.
  5. Spray Pie Pan with oil. Pour in Mixture.
  6. Bake @ 350 for 40min.
  7. Take out and sprinkle the 1/2 Cup of Cheese and Bacon on top of the Quiche and put back into the oven for another 5min. Stick a toothpick inside and if it comes out clean it's ready! Set aside for a few minutes to cool down!
  8. Enjoy!!

This delicious recipe is so much cheaper than ready-made pie crusts! Pour into flour and mix with fork. NOTES: I've never made this with canola oil. Sometimes you can't beat a homemade quiche with a baked potato and a nice fresh salad, but it always takes me longer to make a quiche than I think it will! Which is why I was very excited to 'discover' this amazing (magic?) crustless quiche.
