Instructions to make MoongDaalAppe:
  1. Wash and soak dal overnight. - Rinse well and grind with ginger and green chilli.
  2. For Tarka - Heat Oil and add mustard seeds, haldi power and urad dal,cook till Urad dal turns golden.Add chopped curry leaves. Add tarka to ground dal
  3. Add chopped onion and coriander leaves.Add salt as neeeded - Heat Appe pan and put few drops of oil in each section.
  4. Add Eno to the batter and immediately put a small amount into the Appe pan.Cover and cook on both sides till golden.Serve with peanut chatani
