- Now cut the khandvi with the help of knife or cutter.
- Lift the khandvi from on side and make nice roll of it.
- Transfer the khandvi into a dish.
- For making tadka-heat up 1 tablespoons oil in a tadka pan add mustard seeds and let then pop up. Add hing, sesame seeds and mix well.
- Pour this tempering on the khandvi. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated paneer.
