Steps to make Beach parfait:
- In a pan boil 1 1/2 cup milk with sugar.
- In a small bowl,add custard powder with 2 tbsp milk and mix well till the powder dissolves.
- Mix this custard powder mix with the milk as it boils. Keep stirring on low flame till it thickens.
- Remove from gas and cool the custard.
- In small glasses put a lower layer of custard topped with a layer of crushed biscuits.
- Repeat the layers of custard powder and biscuits.
