- Take the finely chopped gobi in a bowl.
- Add all the ingredients (rice flour, maida, pepper, chilli powder and salt). Mix it well. Add little water and kind of knead it into dough
- Take small portion of mixture in your hand and make round balls. Keep them aside
- Heat oil for deep frying in a pan.
- Once it's hot, gently place balls in the oil,few at a time and fry it well till it becomes brown. Keep the flame at medium level so that it fries well from inside also
- Remove the balls and keep them in a plate with issue so that excess oil gets soaked.
- Now to make Manchurian sauce, take 1 cup of water. Add Ching's powder to it. Mix it well. Keep it aside
- Take a kadhai, put in on low flame and add oil
- Add onions, chilli, ginger and garlic to it. Saute it well.
- Now add the Manchurian mixture to the pan. Mix it well. You can add tomato sauce as well for flavor. But it's optional
- Now place all the balls in the pan and mix it well. Turn off the flame.
- Your gobi Manchurian is ready. You can garnish it with either coriander or spring Onion greens both are optional
