  2. Add all the ingredients (rice flour, maida, pepper, chilli powder and salt). Mix it well. Add little water and kind of knead it into dough
  3. Take small portion of mixture in your hand and make round balls. Keep them aside
  4. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan.
  5. Once it's hot, gently place balls in the oil,few at a time and fry it well till it becomes brown. Keep the flame at medium level so that it fries well from inside also

  8. Take a kadhai, put in on low flame and add oil
