  1. Grind the cashew nuts, mustard seeds, green chilies and coconut to a smooth paste. Mix along with yoghurt, salt, turmeric powder, 2 tbsp. mustard oil, coriander leaves and paneer.
  2. Heat a tawa / pan and place the banana leaves on them for a few seconds on both sides. This will help it to become more pliable so that it can be easily folded without breaking.
  3. Place some of the paneer mix in the centre along with a chilli & fold them.
  4. Tie with a string & keep aside. Do the same with rest of the paneer mix.
  5. Heat the remaining oil in a pan & gently place all the folded banana leaf parcels. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip them over & cook the other side too till done.
  7. Enjoy with hot steamed rice.
