- Heat a frying pan on medium heat.
- Add lemon juice and baking soda into the oats batter and mix well.
- Pour 2tbsps of the batter into the and spread it evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes or till the sides turn golden brown. Flip it over and cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Take the pancake off from the pan. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
