In a bowl, add paneer, mozzarella cheese, chili flakes, mix it well and make into small dumplings. Make the chana dal mixture into dumplings, take the chana dal dumpling flatten it and stuff the paneer dumpling in it, seal the edges. Instructions to make Paneer and cheese kabab:
  1. Take a large bowl add cottage cheese/paneer,sattu,green chilli,coriander leaves,garam masala powder amchur powder,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,bread slices,coriander leaves and salt and mix well..
  2. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  3. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  4. Grate the mozzarella cheese and stuff in the cottage cheese balls.
  5. Take a bowl mix corn flour and little water and make a thick batter.
  6. Dip the kabab into the corn flour batter and coat with sesame seeds
  7. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  8. Place the kabab on the pan and shallow fry from both the sides.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup
