  9. Once butter has melted,place the 50g of Brown sugar into the pan and leave to melt into a golden caramel colour.
  10. Once the golden caramel colour appears place 400g of condensed milk into the pan and stir.
  11. Take out your biscuit base and pour caramel over equally.
  12. Peal and chop one bananan.
  13. Place bananan onto the caramel mixture and place back into the fridge.
  14. Wisk 250mls of double cream into a mixing bowl till stiff.
  15. Take base out of fridge and place cream over evenly.
  16. Decorate top of the banoffee with shavings of chocolate.
  17. serve chilled and enjoy. :)
