- In a bowl shaped fry pan, boil 2 cup milk with stirring occasionally & simultaneously blend mango cubes to make mango pulp.
- In 1/4 cup milk add custard powder & mix it well with the help of spoon. Then Pour this custard milk into boiled milk & Stir for 2 minutes or until custard milk is well combined with milk.
- Now add sugar and stir well, Cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until milk thickens and turns creamy & cool the mixture completely.
- Further add mango pulp, cardamom powder & whisk smooth until custard and mango pulp is well combined.
- Then cover it and refrigerate for 1 hour & 30 mins & then garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
- Finally, enjoy mango custard chilled topped with dry fruits.
