- Carrot halwa: take non-stick pan heat ghee, add grated carrot and cook for 3mint, now add sugar and mix well, now add milk and stir well, cover and cook till mixture get dry, stir in between, now add khoys and cook for more 8-10mints,now add elachi and cashew and almond and mix well and take out in a bowl
- Assembling : take a glass bowl or glass (wish ever feasible), put green peas halwa at bottown and gently press with spooon
- Put white phirini on top of green peas halwa and gently press with spoon
- Lastly put carrot halwa on top of white phrini and gently press with spoon.
