  1. Make dough using dough ingredients aslo add water as required, knead well, wrap it with moist cloth, let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Pre-cook both lobster and shrimp, then cut into small chunks.
  3. Add olive oil to saute pan, then add garlic and shallot, cook for a couple of minutes, then add in seafood and parsley, toss til coated, then let it cool down.Add cheese in the mixture.
  4. Roll out your dough and cut into 3 inch circles, brush top with egg wash and place a teaspoon of filling on top.
  5. Cover with another sheet. Seal the egdes using a fork. Make sure it should be air free.
  6. Take water in a kadhai, add oil and salt, let it boil.
  7. Put ravioli slowly in the boiling water, cook it for 7-10 minutes.
  8. Take it out and serve hot with lemon curry sauce.
