Instructions to make TriColour Halwa:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Peel and chop the papaya. And add saute till it becomes soft. Mash with a masher and add sugar, milk powder, cardamom powder, almond powder, mix well cook till ghee release and take in a plate. Papaya halwa is ready.
  2. For white part.:- Soak sabudana and strain make a dry and grind coarsely. Heat ghee in a pan add sago cream, milk, add sugar, cardamom powder and stir continuously. Add cashew nuts powder and desiccated coconut. Stir till ghee release take in a plate.
  3. For green part:- Wash peel and grate bottle gourd green part and boil in the same water add milk and sugar and cook till mash add pinch food colour and cardamom seeds pistachio powder. And stir. Lastly, add ghee and take on a plate.
  4. Now take a mould grease with ghee and arrange all 3 layers. And set in a fridge for 1 hour. Demould in a serving plate and Serve. Yummy delicious Tricolour Halwa is ready to serve.
