  5. Cook daal on medium flame till complete water dries.
  6. Take khalis ghee in a pan add chopped onion and fry it brown.
  7. Add zeera and garlic in it and sauté for 2 minutes.
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and chopped green chillies in it.
  9. Bhonofy masalah then add mash daal in it, add garam masalah and mix it.
  10. Keep daal on dum for 10 minutes.
  11. For tarka : take butter in a pan and add button chillies.
  12. Fry chilli till colour changes to darker side.
  13. Give tarka to daal. Enjoy with homemade roti and applybutter on it.
