  1. Soap daal inwater for 1 hour.
  2. Now In a pan heat oil add onion fry until light brown add ginger garlic paste fry for 1 minute add green chilli and tomato add salt red chilli haldi and corriender powder add some water cover and cook for 5 minute.After five minutes remove lid.fry all spices intil oil saparated.now add chicken fry for 5 to 6 minutes until all chicken changes colour to white and fry properly.
  3. Now add some half cup water.cook on medium heat until chicken get tender.now add daal by draining it's water fry with chicken for 6 to 7 minutes now add 5 cup of water.cook on low heat for 40 minutes.when daal tenders and gravy thikened.add tarka.
  4. FOR tarka heat oil in a pan.add ginger fry for 1 minute on until it get light brown colour.now add cumin ajwainand crushed chilli.fry for 30 tp 40 second.add in daal.garnish with whole green chillies and fresh corriender.daal is ready to serve.
